Fernando Pérez, from Cillar de Silos Winery of the D.O. Ribera del Duero, showed us a range of clues to recognize and appreciate wine. We were able to practice what we learned in a wine tasting to say goodbye to the course and to welcome the summer.
On this occasion we were able to meet the new BGS members invested in the recent induction ceremony at the Instituto de Empresa. Together, we were able to talk about the course balance and the new challenges that come after the summer. To thank Bodegas Cillar de Silos, “Mama no lo sabe” and El Padre resturant for collaborating in the organization of the event.
